If the male education sessions are voluntary I don’t believe the right men will be attending. Educated, self aware men generally don’t preach sexism and these will be the people attending if the sessions are voluntary. The sessions should be mandatory for sexism offences such as cat calling similar to speed awareness courses.

Male only sessions must happen consistently but not be based solely on blame and criminal behaviour. Coming of age rituals, kindness and pride in being male can change the culture if well understood and well run.
